Yes, exposure of about 25 secs. It's 2 photos stitched together, but I think 1 wide angle could have made the same shot. Didn't use any filter; The sky & cloud were illuminated by industrial lights which is what you see here. The orange color was too strong, so I lessen it here.
Speaking about filters, one trick I like to use is the "photo filter" in Photoshop Elements. You don't really see bright green foliage at night; They would mostly be illuminated by strong red/orange lamps which is unsightly.
What I will do is to first apply a blue filter(using brush) to counteract the 'orange' cast, and then apply a green filter(brush) to the foliage. The blue, green, red or orange lights can also be enhanced using their respective filters.
