I'm using a Canon 7D with the 100mm f2.8L macro lens, ocassionally stacked a raynox 150. Using 2 flashes for lighting, canon 580exii as master and 430exii as slave.

Thank you very much! I have a raynox 250 but not sure what macro lens to get for my D7000. Sorry, I am still very new to DLSR.

Macro lens to get depends on your budget, your shooting style and preference. Nikon have good macro lens, but if budget tight 3rd party lens from Tamron not bad too. As for the focal length, depends on your preference. Longer give cleaner background due to narrower fov but more susceptible to handshake. I use handheld, and I find 100mm is more versatile.
