ISO100, f16, 20secs exposure. WB Auto. Shot in RAW to tweak my WB later during post-processing.

Maybe it only turn on light when there is some special occasions.
You should try shooting it with the lights on some time then.

It was taken at Hill Street. There is a building opposite the parliment house. Hope that helps.

Yo bro... you missed out the 'golden' hour. The photos would be much better if taken 40mins or so earlier.
