I just made two album from the 5 Ang Mo Kio ,7 level.

Well, I was unhappy with the service.
I went there 1 month ago. The boss told me, I can collect one week later. Then i waited until 2nd week still no call from him.
So i call up. The boss asked me what's my order because he lost the paper which he noted the info. I told him the colour but forget how many pages i ordered and have paid full.
Then he said ok, can collect two days later.
Two days later, when i called and tell him i wll get my colleague to collect for me, then realise that he made the wrong colour. He said will change the color and asked to collect late afternoon. Then when the album reached me. It's was made wrongly. I want a Horizontal 2R size frame bind on the cover. They made a Vertical one.
Then i get my colleage to return again (ops, forget to mention his wife work nearby there) Then i told him i want to collect personally on saturday. He said anytime. Last saturday i was held up with other things. During monday, i get my colleage to collect again. Who know is not AMEND!
He asked my colleage to collect next day. Today when i saw the album. XYZ!..
The 2R frame on the cover was not bind in the centre!!! I can see is not centre. Is abit more abit more to left and top and bottom different 5cm.
Fed up. During morning, try to call them. Nobody pickup. Now my fire was subsided, lazy to call liao. Still thinking should i call and ask, is that done purposely in a non centralised position.
My poor colleague.. very sorry to ask him go up and down.
Do you think i should give up and dun call.. just keep this album? or insist they do a good job?

Chian Chen Photographic Trading as far as i know don do album, they specialise on frames.

Very sory you get the kind of service from amk you mention, i face that too, but i always manage to get it right again.

sometimes, i juz wait there, juz to ensure i got it that day...hehe

:nono: i felt that i should not give contact no out, becos they are very busy making album, if contact no. gives out, alot of ppl will call, then they make album half way, answer call, make album half way, answer call, make album half way, answer call, never ends.

if anyone want to see, go down there take a look, rather call, ask price, ask alot of questions, wasting their time of making albums.

very sory as i know surely got ppl not happy and bombard me here.

They do like to give personal service, and can custom make the album for you, but they are also very very busy making albums.

So people, please be understanding, if you just need 1 album, and want it custom make, please prepare to pay a premium and slowly wait for you order.

For I know they are working 10 over hours EVERYDAY to try to comply the existing orders. We all have to wait patiently to receive our orders, most of our orders are in bulk.

copperbird, why don't you tell people about the online store which sell nice albums too?

I passed by a shop in centerpoint called Print....they sell very nice albums...very simple and clear cut with black pages...

but the price is very expensive....u can check it out if u want to ...u can even buy refills to customize your album...but its really out of my budget...almost 50bugs for a slightly bigeer then 4R size album..think around 20 pages only..cant rem

a5 - ard $9...can fit 4r photos in with borders left
a4 - $15
a3 - $25

all are 40 pages inside each...only got these three sizes...portrait binding for a5 and a4...landscape binding for a3 and a4
