one more day to launch..
but looking at the prices being bandied abt, can see can touch but cannot buy..

Early announcement and late launch is a double-edged sword, makes one think more, either for or not. Lost interest already, now eagerly awaiting Olympus' and Panasonic's more advanced m4/3 ...

Well, all the best to everyone buying the E-5 , should be a good one IQ wise. After all, it has the superb E-PL1 as an IQ benchmark to surpass or at worst match.

Plan was there for quite some time already, but I think implementation not now as malaysia is in pre-election mode right?

Guess the election will not be too soon, maybe at least another year? :dunno: Let's not OT further.

Actually, between an E5 and a pro m4/3, I would think I would need and use a pro body m4/3 more. ie a ruggerized, weatherproof, better performing m43. So my priority should be that..but still need a proper DSLR to standby for the 5-10% of the time that I may need it. LOL!

Btw, CP should have stock on 1 Nov 2010 and there's a $200 rebate for existing E-System users. Not sure what is the exact price though.. :dunno:
