That's a very good price compared to SG pricing. But do check whether is it a Japan domestic set as there are Japan sets which are cheaper simply because they are for the local market and do not come with international warranty.

If that's something u don mind, I think that's the best price I've seen so far for the XF18-55 kit.

With GST...think still can save $200-300 ;p

It's likely a domestic set. One glance at the warranty card and u will know. Do check properly. I'll rather pay for a local set unless it's at least 30% cheaper.

I'd go local. Unless difference is really a lot. Just so if set got problem there's someone I can turn to. That's my take
