Good to like their FB, T K photo and SLR. Sometimes they r very generous w their free gifts.
It's really just better for u to call or go to the shop yourself. Not because no one here want to help but SLRR will really prefer u to ask at the shop personally before anything else.

Try called slrr to ask about the mystery gift, guest what, have to come down to the shop to know the gifts. First time i knew shop has attitude.

Calling on a busy Sat is not a good time. If I am not wrong, one of the gifts is a dry cabinet.
Also if they let u kn what the mystery gifts are, then they are no longer mystery to you....hehehe

I think they also trying to reduce possibility of competitors calling them to find out what is their offer. And they also want customer to have some sincerity and come down. In the past they used to give me quote over the phone. Then later on (can't remember when) they suddenly stopped and said I must come down. Even my very regular guy who have my number also don't give me quote over whatsapp. He say I must come down then discuss. I guess they need us to be there to try to close the deal. They are not info centre after all. I also understand how they feel. If I am in their shoes, answer 100 calls only 10 ppl come is very waste time. So I don't blame them.
Similar to our bns - got many ppl who will text u and ask what is best price lah, send more picture lah and after u give they just disappear without the courtesy to follow up at all to say.
