Bros, any advice on parking?

For those driving, check this out.

Motorists travelling to Marina Centre are advised to use Temasek Avenue via Republic Boulevard or Bayfront Avenue. Alternatively, motorists could also use Temasek Boulevard via ECP, Rochor exit. Motorists travelling to Fullerton Square and Battery Road are advised to use Collyer Quay via Cecil Street / Pickering Street.

The mobile column will also be conducting their rehearsals during the National Day Parade 2010 combined rehearsals at the Padang.
During the rehearsals, the mobile column will need to travel along the following roads:

* High Street
* Hill Street (towards the direction of New Bridge Road)
* New Bridge Road (towards the direction of Upper Pickering Street)
* Upper Pickering Street
* Pickering Street
* Church Street
* Cecil Street
* Collyer Quay
* Marina Boulevard
* Bayfront Ave (towards the direction of Raffles Avenue)


Traffic along the route and the affected junctions will need to be stopped temporarily between 2pm to 2.40pm and 7pm to 7.40pm to facilitate the movements. Motorists are advised to avoid using these roads during the period of time and to expect delays along these roads and the peripheral roads leading to them.

Dun worry man.. We wil work out sth for u.. actually ur kit lens matter more in outing like this

For those worried about not having the right lens ... your kit lens is the right lens. I'm using a kit lens as it is light, and versatile.

But if you do have other lenses, and want to try capturing the MBS and Helix, do bring along. We can try to help with some techniques if we can.

Can I make a suggestion to newbies?

During the shoot, please do not astray far, so that we can at least keep an eye on you, as well as keep you under our wings (don't worry, I'll shower before I come!). Also, will be great if you can bring along your camera's manual, as we are certainly not camera experts ... Just know enough to tell which is the shutter button.
