your previous avatar cuter, who’s that? :)

er...forget it...it didint't work...blabbalblalab

I think its too dark already. I had experience with such photos, not all photos can be adjusted with the contrast and brightness if the original take is too dark. It will just turn our blur........ :)

I thot that is Tiffy herself???
But many people feedback that it doesn't look like her real person. That's wat I think too......... ;p

About your album, I really like your artistic shots... It would be nicer if you crack up a nicer theme for each photo, than just generic naming of Llxx.jpg

Especially like how you crop one of the picture into an almost panoramic effect! Superb!!

Oh! Did come across your Ll15.jpg and cannot figure out why the colour is so off... Anyway, this is the pic:
LI15.jpg

It's really really bluish hor? :dunno:

Ok Foxtwo

here's my second try...yesterday eyes too tired...today eyes much better...What do you guys think?

trial_02.jpg

;p

the image appears a bit lossy due to scanning and info lost of image due to the strong blue color cast...is there any one who can save this shot?
I will mail to you the psd file if you want...if it's not TOO big to mail.

the finishing touches that i did not do...is USM or maybe selective sharpening.

Hmm... it looks a bit too grainy for comfort leh. Since it's already so grainy, maybe make it super grainy to achieve oil painting-like effect lah! :D

too grainy? yeah...it already is grainy...add more grains...splash some sand? h ehe...that'll be up to Foxtwo ler...:D

khairi, thanks for trying. no, no need to mail me psd file.. heheh... I wouldn't know what to do with it, not even a ps casual user here.. ;p

as for the holga pics, my preference not to enhance them in any way, cos a holga is essentially a toy camera. I just want to leave it that way, in fact, I tried sharpening the pics, not then it didn't look like it came from a holga anymore.
I think a holga pic should remain as crude & raw as how it originally came... heheh.. just my feel ;)

hmmm...i think the only thing you could do is to saturate the colour lah...cos holgas produces saturated colours and vignettes.
