by the way you may also need to tweak the photo a little in post processing...

slightly pushed up the contrast and light areas if i didn't remember wrong

i use lightroom because i'm not really a very good photoshop user

remember to use a small aperture (or large f number, usually f8 and above to get most of the stuff in the photo in focus)

Hi,
I wonder whether it is my monitor problem, but the snow in all your pictures (except #11) look greyish.

Hi LEW, thanks for pointing that out to me

It's definitely not your monitor problem because i find them greyish too :bsmilie:

I guess it's because there was fog in many of the pictures / some could be underexposed like #9 due to the huge blast of sunlight :sweat:

And it could possibly be my black and white treatment too of course :sweatsm:
still not very good at using black and white in lightroom

nope i didn't use a UWA...i used my 18-55 nikon kit lens...at 18mm of course :bsmilie:
