Thanks for dropping by Yup I think used flash to bounce from ceilling, natural light from the back and a white board on the front.
Ya the prawn and crab stick does look a bit dry, but because I was using flash that why I dry of the surface. If not I will lose the detail on the food due to flash reflection.
I need to improve on this Thanks for the comment!!

Oh, I never use flash when I took the photos in the restaurants. Don't want to disturb other diners.
