Thanks bro. I think suit to different taste bah :bsmilie: Just feel that this stall done the basic right (The Rice). Which I felt that most of the nasi lemak stall have overlooked. Maybe can try the rice without the chilli first, that what I usually do before the (I mix the chili together) chili snatched all the favour from the rice haha.

Nowadays everybody have been talking the new Tim Ho Wan, 1 Michelin Star dim sum restaurant from Hong Kong... but the queue was so long that I don't even want to go (Last heard the queue can last to 2 hours!!) :bsmilie:
So I went to Yi Dian Xin which I heard that the custard bun was good, but was dissapointed :(

Nothing to shout about on the food here. Just tasted normal and nothing really great.

Custard Bun
Yi Dian Xin Dim Sum (Upper Serangoon Rd)

Now the hottest topic is the Tim Ho Wan Dim Sum but being a lazy me, I will not join in the infamous queue for good food :bsmilie:
So I went to another Dim Sum place near my place. Some said the custard bun here was exploding and on par with restaurant grade but I find the filling was not "exploding" as what others have said and my "Liu Sa Bao" dont "Liu"... I find the skin too thick too... Maybe I got a bad "copies"??
The rest of the dim sum dishes was also quite normal. Nothing worth mentioning...3 Stars Out of 5

In my opinion, this photo framing can be improve probably by either including the full flower or totally not including the flower deco at all cause kinda distracting when it is cut off.

I like the colors from the "ingredients" in the middle of your photo! It is confirm making me crave for some! ;p
However, I think the shadow on the top left of the photo is slightly distracting :/ It will be good to clone/patch it away using photoshop/lightroom. :)

I like the colours and freshness too! However, I don't think in the context of the thread here, the shadows really bother me much and warrants time to clone it out. Afterall, it is the intent of the photograher to show the different dishes that he enjoyed and reviewed for our "enjoyment". Of course, if it is a magazine/product shot, then it really matters to have clean shot. :)
