Would you like to try to experiment with a tilt shift lens and adjust it so that all parts of the dish is in focus; from the front to the back.

Hi ricohflex, I definitely love to use a tilt shift lens if I have a chance but it's too expensive . Last time I saw a few professional food photograper website, they also use tilt shift to take their photo. Very nice hehe

Buckaroo BBQ & Grilled is at a very remoted area near sembawang park. Quite a cozy restaurant.
This buffalo wings lvl 3 tasted more sour than spicy but we don't dare to try higher lvl :bsmilie:

The serving was hugh...really HUGH!!! Enough for a couple to share 1 fish & chip.
The fish was quite fresh and tasty~! The flour coating was not too thick.

Quite similar to the one at jalan kayu.. Sunset grill.. Tried their highest level before, and the max i can in is 1.5 chicken wings. Haha. My lips are like sausages at the end of it...

If you're a healthy minded person, you can skip this. There were fats in every pieces of the lamb which taste so heavenly.
The mint sauce was light which was good. Won't be overpowering the taste of the lamb.

My fav nasi lemak stall, maybe because I didn't get to try out other famous nasi lemak stall :bsmilie:
This stall nasi lemak is Simple but very nice.
Strong coconut fragrance on the rice & the kunning fish is a must try. Very crispy!!!
The ikan bilis also very crispy!!
