Chilled Soba with Roasted Duck & Poached egg. Duck meat was tender and soba was spongy. Good meat for a hot day :sweat:

Revisit to this heavenly tasting duck for my wife craving and do a re-shoot on it to see if there is any improvement on my food photography (Hope I do improve) :bsmilie:
Crispy duck skin goes very well with the sauce, the meat is soft & tender!!

Went for a relaxing Sunday dim sum buffet brunch at Cherry Garden, enjoying all the nice food :bsmilie:
Sorry for the bad photos...too many people eating & my son keep disturbing me also ;p

This should be Prawn Dumping...Can't really rem :bsmilie:
Skin not too thick & smooth. Prawn used was fresh & juicy. Nice!
We were all impressed by the edible gold paper on the dumping haha

Honey Glazed Kurobuta Char Siew which was very good!! Yes, they using kurobuta pork to make the char siew haha not too sweet & the meat was very juicy. My only complain is not much chao ta(Burned) part...
