Hi , I'm very much new to photography , after learning from Internet abt photography & playing a while with my camera for about 2 weeks , tried my hand at night photography. Please let me know what is right / wrong with the pics. Two photographs are taken few minutes apart.

#1 F-11 , Exposure - 5 Sec , ISO - 100 , Time : 19.39

deliberately underexposed it to contrast with the blue sky and the reflections.

#2 F-11 , Exposure - 15 sec , ISO - 100 , Time : 20:22

Is horizon bit on the top side ? Wanted to capture more reflection.

Hi, First of all thanks everybody for taking time to view and comment on my pics.

JiEeEe ,lichtleiter, I'm using FujiFilm S200EXR.

Took your advice and sharpened using Photoscape.

My honest comments:

The scene is too tight is some areas, too open in other areas. More sky in #2 would help. There is a strong sense of imbalance caused by the chunk of buildings on the right and the sparse buildings on the left. It might help to not include the 2 buildings on the left. At the same time, the right side is too tight and ends too abruptly. Finally the buildings are also tilted backwards in #1 because of the camera tilted upwards, that can be corrected fairly easily, just google for keystoning fix. If you shot slightly earlier at say 7:00-7:15pm, you'll probably get a more interesting sky and better reflections too.
