Pictures say a thousand words. Its the man behind the camera who will bring out the true beauty of each picture he takes, the camera will only enahnce the picture quality (in a sense). Be it D70 or 350D, it the composition of the photograph that counts.

How you start your photography hobby will also be another determining factor. If you started off with the Nikon system, I would think you will continue to use their digital camera since you have built up your collection of lenses.

For 350, I seen the gallery in dpreview. Not promising at all.

Just bear in mind, Photos is answer of everything.

10D born 300D, 20D born 350D

but it's Prosumer born BUDGET. LOL.

the 300D series is budget SLR. D70 is also Budget like the Pentax *istDS and Oly E300.

They exist cos Canon/Nikon/Pentax/Oly wanna lure all of us (rich ppl) into getting a DSLR and the cycle begins...

we'll say..."aiya, damm slow.. slow start-up...hm... slow AF... everything also slow. Get 20D/D2H lah..."

thn we start taking out the calculator... every month only $80 or XXX more nia...
