it had been a long while since i touch a slr again..... the last one i owed is more than 20 years ago.....
now i am struggling to learn digital processing, photoshop.... as it can do wonders to photographs, so i decided to get a dslr to explore the digital photography to the max...
still testing the k100d on all the setting and get familiarise, maybe it will be a long while before i post any photos.... hheheee

Since this is a K100D thingy.... Just wondering, what is your image settings like?

I use natural mode with saturation set to -1 and sharpness to +1 in Jpeg 6mp highest quality. What do others use?

I used to just shoot in 3 stars JPG (highest quality) with sharpness to +1, rest as per norm, bright mode.

Nowadays it's RAW, and I've never looked back. Even IR is better in RAW! :bsmilie:

almost waiting for the next PC/IT show next week to get my first DSLR until I see this thread..

Guess I won't be going down to suntec get..

So getting from OP needs to-pre-order from them as they don't keep stocks?

I must ensure they give me the international warranty right?

They will not give you international warranty. Anything happens, go back to the shop and they will send back your set to China for repairs, I think.

So far so good for me. You should call to check with them, their shop quite small so I doubt they have many stocks of everything.. =)

Number is listed everywhere in the forums. Cheers. Don't go to IT/PC show for DSLR, prices usually not good unless you like the package they give you.. Many things they throw in not required though, imho!

Not that they don't keep stocks, their stocks are gone VERY FAST.
