New Posts Must Be Approved By Moderators Before Can Be Viewed ?

Why is it that new posts now have to be approved by moderators before it could be openly viewed by others? Is this a new rule? I have just created a new post in the Review section and encountered this. Due to the limit of 5 images in each post, I can't finish the rest of my comparison and is now stuck until some moderators turn up to approve the first post.
