it would be nice if they are taken in Malacca or Penang.

nevertheless, very good takes .

the only major faults are the non-nyonya beaded shoes and the oversized kebaya...

Ya, i agree with you. It kind of a cost if using the beaded shoes. Oversized kebaya is my bad. Thank for your comments.

2nd model looks like a baba

Thank you.

Should be Nyonya. Baba refers to guys!:bsmilie:

Thank for the explaination.

I agreed din see the morden style but saw more towards traditional.:)

Okie, thank for the compliment.

is it? i didn't know... tot malay-chinese is known as baba generally. :dunno:

They are Peranaka. Guy are called baba, young lady is called nyonya and married woman is called bibi. Please correct me if i'm wrong and apologize if i'm wrong.

can see the shadows behind e models caused by the flash gun ... but nice n bright colors !

Yes, the shadows part is a bad mistake done by me. Hope will take note of it.

Generally they are known as Peranakans!:bsmilie:

TS sorry for the slight OT. Anyways nice picts!:bsmilie:

Thank for the explain and compliment.

the later shots seems better with than the earlier ones. One thing is without the harsh flash.

Will work hard on the lighting part. Thank you.

Nice colourful pics, thanks for sharing!

Nice series - well done. Ignore the critics. :)

Do you mind - sharing the various locations? Except the door, I guess that one everyone knows or can guess. ;)

Well the location is not a serect at all. The Peranakan's mostly stay at Joo Chiat, Tanjong Pagar and Emerald Hill during the oldern days. :)

Will work on it. Thank for the comment. =)

haloo.. pictures great. anyway what do you mean by images are flat? how to bring out the pictures then? can guide me?

my bad. flat as in the lighting is flat. photography is about playing with lights and while the TS shots are well lilting it just lack the extra shadows at the right areas. doesn;t give a 3d sort of feel. i dunno how to explain also. lets let the pros explain better :D
