Without the LCD screen to review the shot, i guess it's almost like shooting with a film camera. But buying a digital Leica is always expensive even for a basic model.

Indeed. I think I'd rather shoot film for the "film experience" though.

I can never understand those anniversary models, but this one is production.

While I love minimalist design, shouldn't it be cheaper than the m240? If it is not, I don't see any practical difference because you can use the m240 the same way.
