if i do not have a card reader.. can i use leave the card inside the camera and install directly?
will it harm the camera?

Can someone pls help to test the exposure of the Flash. I find that it is always over-exposed.

did u try adjusting the strength of the flash?

I did. Sometimes lower down and power up. Well, that shows that the Ai mode isn't as intelligent...if I have to take control over flash exposure as well...

the built in flash works fine for me. if you're using external flash will have to make sure that it's compatible for TTL mode

We can adjust the power of the built-in flash? I assume he was talking about an external one? The built-in flash always ends up too bright for me though. In some pictures because of this, it ends up worse than cameras with lousier flash. *sigh*

Just installed the update. Installation didn't take more than 5 seconds to be honest.. Is there a problem here? Camera didn't restart either.

I am referring to the built-in flash, of course. I know LX3 does not support ttl for nikon flashes.

Below is with Speedlight bounced from the wall behind camera

ya i think the flash under normal setting is too strong
i am using -1 to -2 stop now
