New E-M5 Sales


I am looking for a co buyer to take the 12-40mm while I take the remaining.. anyone? Pm me if keen.
 

$899 deal for em5 at qoo also no more.. now is $1150..
 

I thought the elite em5 package with the 12-40 is a better deal? :D
 

Depend on what you need. For me, the 899 deal even if I sell off the 12-50 at 99 I am only paying 800 for the body+grip. For the local deal, its hard to find someone to be able to agreed on a 1k to buy the 12-40, so I will definitely end up paying more for the body+grip.
but now that the 899 deal is gone, I deem it as a good thing so at least it will elimate away my bbb.. hahaha..
 

I was initially looking to get 12-40 dekit lens but then I think EM5 elite is a better deal, so I sold off my used EM5 and going to get a EM5 Elite set. :):bsmilie:

I think its not that hard to offload.. but rather buyer and seller have their own perceived value of the discount they should get of the promo deal..

Bingo :) but if u ask me $1000 is reasonable for a brand new piece if combining to purchase but of course there will be people expecting to pay $900 or below.
 

Before the cash back 12-40 de kit was going for 1000-1050 in bns. With the on going cash back I believe that both parties must split the 200 discount equally. Hence lens price could be 900-950. (for reference only)
 

probably imply I'm a lousy person coming to negotiation as I prize making friends more.

Previously 3 of us went to buy a EM5 elite set for $18X0: 12-40 for $1000, EM5 elite for 6X0 and HLD6 for 200 , all 3 were happy.

Now with the $200 cashback , I only see more happier customers so long as everyone works together instead of haggling to be the one who gets the best deal.

I'm still grateful to the bro who allowed me to piggyback on his EM1 purchase to buy a HLD7 a $98.

I heard the 12-40 street price is $1150. So maybe the price does not drop much

i am a sucker for silver OM-D... no more new stocks... hence can only go for second hand.
