It's more like a "concept" TEENS studio, not for proper professional photography shots. More for kiddy type pics... would love to rent it to you though

If anyone is interested, our premises is aparently similiar to the one found at Cineleisure 3rd/4th floor (so I've been told by my customers). Anyways, premises is up for immediate takeover, asking neg. Total takeover, everything in, set up is complete. Have to give up cos of family commitments.

Yes, our premises is on #03-25C. We use 1290 'cos of our A3 prints offered and mainly 'cos of space constraints. Interested parties can come in to view the premises, but please kindly advise of your intent to our staff. Thank you.

Have to give up for takeover a.s.a.p as my husband's overseas posting is begining next month. Willing to give up at reasonable takeover. Everything is thrown into the setup, equipment, furniture, props, etc is for takeover. Setup is complete for immediate operation. Visit jurong point webpage for census on shopper traffic. Great potential for the place, it's a pity I have to give it up.
