ok guys, 1 week to D-Day!
i need a confirmation of who will be attending the shoot. we will be capping the number of participants to 10. we will be doing 2 sets simultaneously, so the group will be split half-half. the reason for keeping the group small is because we want everyone to have a chance to shoot. if there are additional members who would like to attend, you are most welcome, but of course priority will be given to those who are already on the list.
Core group (priority) members:
1) Stereobox
2) seng44
3) Angelzhou
4) nickk
5) Yezrah
Participants:
6) Belle & Sebastian
Holding list:
7) reachme2003(tentative)
8) AReality (hope can go this time..)
9)karama(tentative)
Terms and conditions:
Members taking part will share in the costs of the sushi,sake and rental of equip (if any. yezrah, please get back to us regarding the 2nd set).
all rights to individual pictures taken during the shoot belong to the respective photographers. we hope everyone will get something out of the shoot to add to their portfolio.
lastly, but most importantly....everybody must have fun during the shoot :bsmilie:

anyway after looking at pro = high equipment forum... some CSers suggest to post a pic of insulting photo takers ( i dont want to mixed out the term photographer in this case )

btw, i regret to inform that i will be capping the particpants to 6. we are unable to get hold of the 2nd set of lightings and i don't want to further reduce everyone's time at shooting.

i will bring a lens that may be of interest to some of you guys for the shoot (hint 90mm), but i guess you may have used it with your shifus already.

ok guys..
sushi seng might have a problem getting the food on sat, as he finishes work only at 9pm. anybody has any idea where to get (cheap) sushi after 9pm?:dunno:
i think nickk already manage to get the sake~
btw, here's the plan for sunday
1) Advance party (stereobox) will go collect the lights in the morning
2) Group gathers around 9.50-9.55am and go up together
3) Start setting up and shoot at 10am
haha...kinda redundant plan .. any more to add?
