(something about bandages, pills, etc)
 

Finally it is only today i have managed to finish reading ur travelogue. I was stuck in the jungles or brunei for past 3wks without internet haha.
anw awesome and very meaningful thread, also great that it has brought out the best of you and your family and that it has bonded you all very well.

ndut, Thank you so much!
The few medicine that we found very important were:
  • Pain killers - very important. Keep the inflammation under control.
  • Muscle relaxants - almost neccessary every night to keep the muscles soft and supple.
  • Anti-histamine - many of us have sensitive nose which flare up in the cold. So we also needed a lot of them.
  • Knee guards - almost mandatory for every one of us.
  • Stomach pills - for the occasional stomach cramps and such.
About all, like these.
