I've been using Paterson sleeves for more than 30 years. They sell the binder and paper sleeves in packs of 25. You'll need the binder because the width of normal binders will be a little too short. I don't know who sells them in Singapore now. On-line vendors like BHPhoto stocks them. The files are very lasting, don't rust and the sleeves stays supple and do not yellow even after more than 30 years.
