Hi, thanks for reading.

I am holding my ROM on 11 Nov 2012 (Sunday), lunch time at one of the restaurant at Somerset.

Need photographer for about 2 hours (as I only got 20 guests).

Budget is not more than $100/hour (refer to other web, this is current market rate?)

Where can I find "not bad" photographer offering this rate?

Thanks in advance! =D

Hi Ms. Sim,

I've just drop u a pm. Please take a look :)

Chris

$100 per hour will most likely be the polytechnic wanna-be photographers who just got a DSLR for Christmas. You will just get a CD with straight out-of-camera JPEGs, no processing, retouching, etc. No printing of photobooks, etc.

If you read ON A BLOG that $100/hour is the market rate and expect a photographer with a basic idea of what they are doing and some standard of quality and thought in the shots, you are VERY VERY VERY mistaken.

Pm you already do drop me an email if u keen..

...even then, by next year nov, these Poly Freshies would have a year's experience....TS is locking in their fees by booking them now...in any case, for smaller jobs, these newer wannabes may be more enthusiastic and might just do as good if not better job....TS just be careful that the ones you booked now might just disappear come next Nov....

My point is for a lower budget assignment, it might be too premature to book a photographer almost a year in advance, as seasoned pro would probably ignore such offer, and those starting out might not last a year.....good luck to your search.
