Any moderator out there, assistance is greatly appreciated. My brother's account(Username:Shahlan) is unable to perform any post in the forum right after he had change some personal settings including his email address.
This is what appeared when he tried to post something :

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
