Need inspiration from kit lens

coming from a 18-70 user, i wud say e 18-55 improved greatly in optics n sharpness.... paired a w tele n prime lens say 55-200mm n 50mm f1.8, and the setup is complete n cheap :thumbsup:

i have been living without kit lens for some time already, thanks to this thread, decided to get a 18-55sam den save up for a tamron17-50/f2.8.. haha

I think 18-55 + 55-200 +35F1.8 is the ideal low cost kit lens plus set up.

i always believe that its the photographer not the camera that produces good photo.

I still have a soft spot for the kit lens ... used my old 18-70 often until I 'upgraded' to SAM 18-55. Even though I have some of the popular Minolta lenses, I still bring the kit lens during trips and have managed to capture some wonderful shots with it. Good back-up and you won't cry if you accidentally drop it.
