Click to expand... The hood is to block stray light coming in from outside the frame. How does the hood help if the sun is in the frame?

Anyone can give some advice what i should do? Is it because the filter? Because before I buy this lens i found review that this lens got good flare control. Thanks. Hope some one can give some guide what I can do. Click to expand... Buddy, check your filter. Either that, remove it and shoot the same scene again, I bet that 'flar' will go off .

M multiworld New Member Oct 3, 2008 #26 Thanks for all the reply. Recently busy and no time check this thread. Here's the pic of with filter and without filter With filter: Without filter: I test with all my lens with filter the same way but non of them got flare. Just wondering is my lens got problem or this lens is like that. :dunno: Others then this issue I'm very happy with this lens. Will a good filter or any special filter can reduce the flare problem? Thanks!
