It might (or might not) help if you listed yr EXACT equipment set-up used in all those shots, including ANY filters, attachments etc.

it is indeed probably due to flash catching dust specks..

if you wish to clarify this right, go to a dark location, powder something very intensively and using camera flash as the only light source and flash/snap away..you'll get more specks that expected
