need advise for a compact DC with manual override

Hi all, what is the recommended DC on the market now which is compact in size, but has easy manual override similar to a SLR?

i'm using film SLR now, but i guess the convenience of digital is too tempting. after consideration, i drop the idea of digital SLR cos light weight is very important to me. looking for a compact size one similar to lumix DMC LX-1. is there a higher recommended one than the LX-1?

Olympus X0X0z or X0X0wz series. It's really really good for a compact camera. You can adjust almost everything important to shooting without having to use the lcd menus.
