Do you subscribe to SCV (digital set top box)? If yes, use the composite video output from the box (red/white/yellow) instead of the RF output to your TV AV input. So when you watch SCV, you select the TV to the AV input. Now connect your external antenna to the TV RF input and turn the Malaysia/Indonesia channels accordingly, so that you can watch those channels per the channel tuned. What you need is an extra video cable.

If you don't subscribe to SCV digital set top box, you will need one of the suggestion by the others.

Basically you need extra "tuner";
= SCV box is a "tuner" for local free channels and SCV paid channels.
= TV has a tuner
= DVD recorder has a tuner
= VCR has a tuner

So you connect each antenna to each tuner, then to the different TV inputs.

I don't have SCV lah. Also, I just bought a DVD player so...cannot buy another VCR or dvd recorder. My TV shelf in my room is very small. My TV is plug to local TV cable liao.

Buy a cheap cheap 2nd hand VCR lor, as long as the tuner and video output work will do. Something like garang man paid $10/- for it, but may be you pay $15-$20 for the same item.

Hi DCA & lsisaxon,

Thanks for your help! I just went to get the cheapest TV tuner box I can find in SLS and plug it into the VGA point of my LCD TV, works great!
Reception is improved too!

Thanks for all the help!:thumbsup:
