Near NTU, good lunch places?

Hi,

I'm not familar with the area around NTU but need to entertain a semi-formal lunch around there.

Does anyone know somewhere nearby (say ard 10mins by car) thats good to eat lunch at? Am thinking of say $20 per head in an aircon, quiet place.
