nope, today is NE show, meaning for sch children. actual preview is next month.

If u are using a SLR, rain wouldnt be a prob. =)

most DSLR have basic splash protection, of course lower end models cannot tahan a thunderstorm

Actually, i would like to think all have splash/rain protection.
I used to have a D40 which i shoot in the rain (drizzle), never had any probs. If D40 dont have a prob, im sure the higher end models would be tougher.

GOSH! a heavy downpour when the fireworks were shot!
ive got the perfect spot. all set up. then rained!

too bad im using a200, so its totally not waterproof.
but still managed to shoot. but with water droplets on the lens :bsmilie:
