seems like it is the same as last year, same style of flypast ...

Will always be the same, as there are many restrictions to what they(pilots + RSAF) can do within the CBD area.

Last yr was totally different, due to RSAF 40th Anniversary, and Black Knights performance..

You can bid 200 times or 1000 times.. They will only register the latest bid. I've been to 2 of the CRs before. Quite different atmosphere from when you watch at home. But i like watching the actual parade at home cos of the TV coverage.

There were F16 flypast.

However, I wasn't able to capture them well as they were to fast. The F16 will come in from The Sail.

I will most probably go shoot the flypast.;p Please dun mind tell us why you couldn't capture them. Was it becos those F16 were flying at more than Mach1 that they arrive before you hear them, so not ready to shoot. Or was it becos you were not able to focus fast enough. Or you need to be on standby and get ready before they come fast and furious. :embrass:

I guess it ain't that easy to capture such moving target with a long lens and get a single F16 to fill the frame.

single F16 to fill the frame..near impossible unless you're tracking the plane since few km away.
