My Zeiss Ikon shutter dial popped out!

Hi guys. I recently got a Zeiss Ikon ZM. Its my 1st time shooting with rangefinders and while turning the dial, it came loose and popped out. I managed to put it back together but when I'm on aperture priority mode and I pull the dial to change the ISO, the metering values dont change. The shutter speeds work fine. Can anyone help me? Thanks so much in advance!

wow! is it still under warranty? haha you should probably send it back

This seems to be a known problem for those who try to open the top plate to do their own servicing. The shutter speed dial needs to be aligned to a certain part of the body before being reassembled together. Otherwise, the values will no longer be accurate. Also, during reassembly, a bit of adhesive should have been applied to the screw to prevent it from coming lose and causing it to fall off. Most trained technician would have done that.

Cheers,

No harm still checking with shop/individual seller.
