my webcam severe drop frames

guys, some help here perhaps? no matter what resolution, 320/240, 640/480....bla bla...sure drop frames. i tried using premiere to capture thinking that perhaps can capture with compression and codec will have no problem, yet seems i try to change the settings, but in the end never change also...like never take effect.

do you guys have any good software that u all tried that can do good capturing?

i saw the ORITE camera at sls, and it seems to be 30fps??? the cam i got the intel digital cam, doesn't lose at all in the specs...what's gone wrong??
