If you ask me..I would say S5 is not good for nightshotting that need ISO higher than 400..
RAW is more for pro user..
I always downloading my pic with USB cable provide by S5 via their solfware...very easy..XP will detect it...pop out a window...you click "start download" then down.....done..then a EX brower will pop out to let you see the latest pics...that really easy..

good point MIC i wonder whether got any powershot lower than S5 THAT IS MADE IN JAP.

i was just reading a review bout the S5 and they always conplain about a loose cap that falls off easily as well as
that it is without a RAW system ( can someone explain what is that).
another thing is they say that downloading pics into the com from the S5 is inconvenient bacause it needs a special 'something.'
i'm quite lowsy with this kind of stuff so can some S5 users explain and give tips. i really wanna buy a cam that would be 'worth the money'
