My plan for lens purchase..need advise..

The lenses you mentioned are all good choices but frankly, if you have to asked here for advise you are so not ready to upgrade. Seems you want to have a 7D and those lenses for the sake of , well, owing them. And for the rest I imagine you bringing the heavy gear along to marina bay once in 2 months for a few unqualified shots in the blue. Not worth it.

Really good choice of lenses, but advice to get 70-200 f/2.8 last.
