Here is another update taken just a few days back.

Jade on the cafe table.

Strobist with natural lighting window on the left behind the camera and a SB600 with omni bounce fire to the ceiling on the right as fill flash.

Bad thing is forget to bring the CTO gel which is the background temperature...therefore, I have to PS CTO on Jade...more work at PP if careless during shutter releasing stage...sigh. But anyway, the daylight from the window is also of different temperature...

Reminds me of my lil girl when she was that age too. Now my kids are big already. My girl is going to P4 next year and my boy to Sec 1. Time sure flies when you have kids.

Hey Felixcat, time really flies when you have kid...just before I know, my son is 4 yr old and now with this number 2, I am always remember of the number 1 how he was 4 years ago.

my 3 year old girl like to be photographed..... but a few times when I really really want her to pose properly for the camera, she either blocks her own face or she turns her back to the camera:angry:

That photo was taken when she was 30+ minute old, still in the labour ward. I knew she would be very mischievous after she stuck her tongue at me this young.

I guess when the kids grow older, they have their own thinking... its not easy to take photograph of my 5 yr old son now a days too... Child photography needs lots of patience, luck and humor to make the kids laugh and get natural. Many a time I will get angry with my son too...ha!
