Hi Guys

Yes it was indeed difficult to get mint condition ones. Those were over the years from Japan/USA.

Some people have bought a few cameras, butcher them and combine into one. For my collection, all were original and sent to Andrew of P&G for checking. He said can sell for a lot.

But for digital age, old cameras like these, how much can ask for? ;)

bro why sell it if u not in hurry to encash? it is a hard to find camera as i can see from your collection. keep it for your son to witness the ERAs...i am sure in no time..film shooting heat will still come back.

i know a lot of film shooter..until today they still love the contrasty and saturation film can provide.

your collection takes time to build..do u bear to let them go?

Hello Kim

Thanks for the great advice. Yes I went to Konota (after 2 years) and Mr Quek introduced me many new film from Fuji. Shooting a few rolls and the feelllllll of B&W is back.

I still shoot with Nikon F90x and prime AFD lenses. But the pictures from GTN is really nice. Not to mention the Konica S3.

Cheers

OMG, I want the Rollei AFM and Electro 35!!!~!

If you are indeed planning on selling any of these, please pm me..

For the past 7-8 years I simply was an armchair/bedside photographer. On a free day when work is not so hard and kid went to bed early, i would turn air con to full blast and take the camera out to shoot (at the television), twist twist here there look for fungus/fault. Nothing wrong? Back into the dry box. So this has happened so many times! :dunno:

Because of work relocation, I have to move all my items. I realized that I had never shot with most of them.

Strange enough, when I know I may loose all of them, I took the AFM and shot one roll of Fuji Acro. Good grief, the pictures pop. I am now doing a one camera a week thing, and hope to share some RF pictures. Age is catching up on me, and shooting with RF is a passion. Not suitable for Machine Gun type and immediate view. Ha ha. :bsmilie:

wah lovely collection and all in fantastic condition! the Konica makes me wonder if it can take on its more popular and 'newer' brother, the Konica Hexar. Thanks for sharing! :D If the Konica needs a new home I'm always willing to make some space in my dry cabinet ;)
