I love the way you describe your experience, btw are this avenon 28/3.5 or Skopar 28/3.5 found locally.

Er, I did remember seeing the Avenon 28mm F3.5 at Ben photo.

I'm using the 21mm F2.8 Avenon

Did u get the latest version or the pre-asph?
The asph is super sharp and the previous one is of Mandler design.
Wanted to get the pre-asph but got a good deal on the asph!
The 28mm is a permanent fixture on my 8.2 as it gives my favorite focal length of approx 35mm.
Happy shooting bro!

Thanks Bro.

I got the pre-asph ver. 4, still have not shoot enough to have a clear assessment of the lens.

My leap of faith was M9 + 50 cron.

After that i moved to film M.

I wonder if there are ppl who go backwards like me.

I only go backwards with lenses, 50 'lux, then 50 'cron, then 50 Elmar.

On another note, I hear Thorsten Overgaard is coming to Singapore next year, sometime between March-April. If you have some spare cash lying around, I highly recommend attending one of his courses. He's really down to earth and a fabulous person to learn things from. But beware that the slope gets even worse if you attend his course, Leica is the last thing to worry about. Louis Vuitton or Hermes might be the next! ;)
