Tripods are not allowed inside:(

wow. what a precious advice. thanks. :) (saved 600 yen).

Day 7 Fri 6th
Woke up early today to head for mount fuji.the journey took 2 hrs plus.we had to take the jr line to otsuki and then switch to another train to get to kawaguchi-ko,near mount fuji.while the train is approaching kawaguchi-ko,you can catch some magnificent views of fuji-san.
We bought a ticket there that allows you to take the sight seeing bus and we dropped halfway to take the ropeway car aka cable car.
We managed to see fuji-san in its full glory.luckily, the clouds parted for us
The leaves at kawaguchi-ko were withering into a beautiful autumn hue.there're lots of fuji-san related stuff on sale there.i also tried horse meat for the 1st time.it started to turn really chilly in the evening
We stayed till 5+ before leaving because it was turning dark and made our way back to the city.if only the days would last longer.
later on at night,we went to harajuku but it was deserted,so we went to shibuya.there were so many people at shibuya that it was quite hard to get around.on our way back to the hotel, the trains were packed and we only managed to get on the 2nd train that came by squeezing in with the locals.

This is one of the few culinary milestones that my wife banned me from ever trying. I heard it is pretty lethal if prepared wrongly but there are some areas that already rear non toxic puffers. How was it ?? how much u paid for that 2 plates of sashimi?

Durian so sexpensive!!

Woa cannot afford to have durian craving in Japan. Singapore got D21, D24 etc, maybe each of these Jap durian is a special D3X strain la.

Great documentation of the trip, autumn has beautiful hues and u nailed them especially in the Mt Fuji shots. # 15 was a nice framing as well. I still remembered that i happened to have a macro lens along at the aquarium and was busy snapping some up close and personal shots with the smaller critters in the tanks.
