Hi Billy , No I am not a journalist. I just enjoy travelling and photography. Two of the best hobbies in the world. :)
 

A happy herdsman. They live a spartan life in harsh enviromnent without many of the modern conveniences that we have around us. Yet these humble people always have a smile for anyone who visits.

I didn't quite like the results from this B&W image

So I decided to redo it.....
adjusted levels
B&W conversion starting with RGB 60/30/10 and fine tune from there
left the wires alone as they showed the reduced visibility caused by the fog
added a curve to adjust contrast
added grain

while walking pass the bugis fountain on my to way shaw tower...with no flash...extreme low lights
