Must Pay To Open MO Thread in Mass Orders / Mass Sales Forum??

Heard that must pay CS some fees that allow to do MO??

That was my 'MO 4' for the protector and had already ended in Aug 06.
Now want to create 'MO 5' but was "Disabled".

i think this was implented sometimes back ...

anione who does M.O need to pay and thus becomes an advertiser become he can proceed on with an MO.

I was abled to do MO in Aug 2006 leh..
No lah, not D200.. Just want to MO the 'da protectors..
