This function is awesome when I wanna quote several posts in a single reply. However, I found that this function retains my quotes even after I have posted a message.

Is there a way for this feature to work such that it turns itself off after I have posted such that I don't have to manually turn off all the multi-quotes afterwards?

perhaps you have open more than one windows quote and reply in different pages.

I do have several tabs open but I only quote/post in the same tab.

Anyway, will try to see what happens if there's only one tab.

Thanks.

Update: nope... still the same behavior.

What I did in the garbage/test forum:

1. Created two posts.
2. Multi-quoted post#1 and Replied with Quote Post#2. Post #3 has both quotes as expected.
3. Replied with Quote Post #3. What happend was Post#4 quoted both Post#1 and #3. Have to turn off Multi-quote on Post#1 manually.

What I hoped to happen was Multi-quote of Post#1 turns itself off after I have posted #3 such that #4 doesn't quote #1 anymore.

Thank you uncle catchlights! :)

Hi all,

Was told by Admin this is a known bug for the current version of forum software, it should be fixed on the next minor update.

so for the time being, we can't do anything about it except turn it off manually after replied post. :(

Thanks for the update. Closing thread. :)
