Remember once a few years back, a friend of mine brought a memory card from one of the staff , then on the next day another friend brought the same memory card for $10 cheaper from Mr Loh. Both my 1st friend and I were at the shop during 2nd friend purchase and I told Mr Loh about the diff in pricing on the same item. Mr Loh refund $10 to my 1st friend immediately and apologized to him. Not sure which other shop in S'pore will do that?

cause if he dun refund, the 2nd friend wun buy? then both friends wun visit MS again?
actually most respectable shops would do this. if not how to gain consumers' trust?

I have been a customer with them for ard 5 years and even though their prices might be slightly higher then some other place . i have this weird feeling of trust with this shop. lol weird.
plus very friendly ppl too.

trust is priceless... that's why i buy from them too...
