Just to illustrate what I had in mind.

The original :

What I had in mind (a rough photoshop just to illustrate the land/sky proportion. In actual shooting, you may need to adjust your shooting height and angle to get the effect you desire). This one stresses more on the track and the sky while the original gives almost equal emphasis on land and sky. So they have a different visual effect on viewer. :
