I do not know how old you guys are, but I am sure most are about half my age. So, if I were you, I will begin saving and go for the Leica M and the famous 24, 35 & 50m lux plus maybe an R 100f2.8 APO macro n possibly the R 28-90f2.8. Once you have all these covered ( give yourself 5 to 10 years), then spend the rest of you life just shooting and not having to worry of what's coming out next. Cheers.

Yeah, did consider going that route. I'm only afraid that it'll end up in the dry box 95% of the time due to its size. Anyone use your nex with the la-ea2 with any lens regularly?
There are times when i ask myself why i didn't get a a77 or a nikon slr instead. Still have a d70 living in the dry box. Unlikely anyone would want to buy that off me anyway.

I use the 24-70 with La-EA2 on my NEX.
Its ridiculous big and heavy on the front + due to no SSS/IBIS i cant really do handheld like 1/10 or lower as compared if i were to use the 1855 kit.
In good light..the result is just astounding. :bsmilie:
